Eco Brow's Defining Wax

My relationship with my brows is tumultuous, to say the least. It all started in my early teenage years, when I made the ill-advised choice of plucking them into oblivion, a mistake that has taken years to balance out. I still can't say I love how my brows look nowadays, but they're a far cry better than they looked a few years back. As I get my comfortable with my natural brows, I have also become far more comfortable with bring more attention to them, with a little help from a very special product.

Eco Brow's Defining Wax* is a product I had read numerous raves of before trying for myself. More than one green beauty blogger has hailed this as their HG brow product in the past, so I was more than a little interested in trying it out for myself.

The verdict? I have been loving the precision and pigment behind this little guy, a product that has made me say a permanent goodbye to other options in the category.

The texture of this gem is simply dreamy, with a creaminess that's easy to spread, but will stay in place. I've been using it with the brand's Defining Brush*, and have found the angle makes it simple to pick up the right amount of product, and draw in light, hair-like strokes with ease.

Honestly, there's almost nothing but great things I could say about this beauty, other than my color match. I picked out Penelope, intended for medium to dark brown hair. While on paper, I thought this would work fantastically for me, it's definitely a bit too dark when compared to my brows. While the color is absolutely still useable, when I repurchase (something I most certainly will be doing) I think I'll give the shade Sharon a try, one of their newer shades that's intended for more of a ashy brown.

Have you used anything from Eco Brow in the past? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below!
