Clear Mind, Clearer Skin

I don't know what it is lately, but I have been discovering the best brands from Canada. I've always known there was an impressive green beauty presence in our neighboring country, but recently I have been falling in love with more and more Canadian brands. One of my recent favorite has been Province Apothecary, a line of handcrafted natural fragrances, body care and skincare that are made in beautiful Toronto.

I've been using two of the brand's lovely products for several weeks now, and both have become daily essentials to my routine. I've been (sparingly) using a small sample of their No. 19 Perfume*, a blend of South African Rose Geranium, Lavender and Egyptian Geranium that smells all kinds of gorgeous. The floral blend is described by the brand as "romantic" and, while I did not quite know how to take that when I initially read about it, I can safely say after using it that the descriptor is a perfect fit. It's lovely and feminine, like walking through a garden. It's not overpowering but instead envelops you in total happiness. What more could you ask for from a fragrance?

I was also sent a sample of the brand's Clear Skin Serum which, after using up the vial after two uses, I immediately went out and bought for myself. Yes, after only two uses I knew this gem and I were going to get along swimmingly. The potent blend of lavender and immortelle is a highly concentrated treatment that's ideal for blemishes, inflammation, scars and redness. You can use it underneath a moisturizer or mixed in, but I've been using it sparingly along my jawline where I see the most congestion and acne. This natural concoction works unbelievably well. Very few products can soothe my skin while effectively fighting acne (I usually have to choose one over the other) but this dreamy product is among the elite. It's fantastic and something I would recommend to any natural beauty lover looking for a solution to spots and blemishes.

I am dying to try more from this line! Have any of you all tried it out? I'd love to hear any recommendations! If you don't already, be sure to follow them on InstagramFacebookTwitter and Pinterest to keep up with all their latest!
