Organic Skincare From Across the Pond

With ingredients taken directly from the founders own farm, Herbfarmacy is a brand I've been hearing about for quite some time now. A lot of the UK bloggers I follow simply rave about their beautiful products, so I was truly thrilled to be able to get the chance to try out two stars from the range. With numerous awards, and a following of loyal customers, I knew right off the bat that this was a line I could get behind.

The brand's Rose and Echinacea Facial Toner* really intrigued me right off the bat, as I'd never seen any skincare product use Echinacea as an ingredient before. Turns out, the entire formula makes for a seriously gentle yet effective product. The scent is a relaxing rose, and just a few spritzes of it is both a cleansing and therapeutic experience. Along with rose and Echinacea, the toner includes lactic acid which allows this toner to be both natural soothing and gently astringent, erasing all dirt and such from your face without ever stripping your skin of its much needed natural oils. Overall it's just a fantastic toner for normal and sensitive skin types, getting the job done while leaving your skin perfectly ready to be moisturized.

I also tried out their dreamy Wash Off Cleansing Mousse*, a deep cleansing mousse that leaves my skin soft and supple after using. With ingredients including chamomile and marshmallow (don't like to eat it, but has quickly become a favorite skincare ingredient of mine!) this cleanser is soothing, hydrating and deeply cleansing. Like the toner, the brand's Cleansing Mousse smells absolutely heavenly, and provides you with a near spa-like experience with each use. It contains essential oils such as Ylang Ylang and Geranium, which are not only awesome for your skin but smell divine. This has quickly become a favorite morning cleanser for me, as I find that it leaves my skin feeling super moisturized but also cleansed. I follow it up with the brand's toner, and after a bit of facial oil I'm good to go for the day!

Have you tried any Herbfarmacy products before? I'd love to hear any favorites my UK readers might have in the comments below!
